Laney is the owner and head instructor at SDF! In 2021 AND 2024 she received The Florida Instructor of the year award and has over 20 years of horse riding experience, with a prestige background in show competition. She has earned many titles and awards over the years - one of her greatest accomplishments earning a spot on the 2020 USA Saddleseat World Cup Team! Now as a dedicated instructor, she continues to guide her students to success, earning numerous National titles over the past several years. And her hopes is to continue to inspire young riders to follow their dreams, as did she!

Hannah is our beginner, intermediate lesson instructor. She has over 5 years of experience with horses and kids. Her expertise is in teaching beginner students of all ages, and giving them the basic knowledge and foundation to riding and horse care. She is enthusiastic, encouraging, and kind - all which makes her an awesome teacher. Hannah prioritizes the care and well-being of our horses and is a huge part of her job here at SDF. Hannahs goals are to continue to develop and teach new riders, and give them the knowledge and confidence they aspire with horses, in and out of the saddle!

Sophia has grown up riding, training, and showing Saddleseat. She works with our newest riders to build the important foundational skills to riding and Saddleseat. Sophia is currently showing and competes at the highest level of showing as a performance rider. With her personal experience, she makes an exceptional coach for any rider who aspires to be at the top one day!

Isabella has over 5 years of training and experience with riding and caring for equines. She is currently competing and is very enthusiastic about teaching students how to tack, groom, and care for our favorite 4 legged friends. She is hardworking and passionate, and is an asset to not only our horses, but our new and current students whe
Isabella has over 5 years of training and experience with riding and caring for equines. She is currently competing and is very enthusiastic about teaching students how to tack, groom, and care for our favorite 4 legged friends. She is hardworking and passionate, and is an asset to not only our horses, but our new and current students when it comes to learning all the ins and outs of horses. She is one of primary caretakers and also teaches lessons on all levels.
